This is no ordinary art exhibit. It’s a living, breathing celebration of art, fashion, and philanthropy, fuelled by an extraordinary team of creatives—and inspired by a community’s need for compassion.
As someone who has lived a life steeped in creativity—first in Iceland, now in Arizona—I, Hilda, could not be more proud to introduce you to what promises to be a landmark moment for Phoenix’s cultural landscape.
The Vision Behind Exhibit 1.0
The idea for Exhibit 1.0 was born out of a simple yet profound desire: to blend the elegance of a museum exhibit with the pulse of a fashion show, culminating in a live auction—all with the purpose of giving back to our local homeless community.
Our team knew that art and fashion could be more than just visual pleasures. They could be vessels for change.
Joining forces on this incredible journey are three extraordinary individuals:

Angel Virtuoso, the Operations Director and Fashion Designer, a force of innovation who has styled renowned models and curated her own celebrated event, Black Heart, for four consecutive years. Angel’s instinct for blending fresh, culturally resonant elements into fashion and art has added an electrifying edge to Exhibit 1.0.

Trevar Smooth, the Event and Art Director, who brings over a decade of experience in the arts. Moving from Los Angeles to Phoenix, Trevar envisioned tapping into the emerging creative market here—bringing the same vibrant energy seen in cities like Miami, New York, and LA.

And Hilda Higgins, serving as Art Director and Fashion Coordinator, drawing from years of experience as a model, stylist, and jewellery designer. My career has allowed me to work alongside top actors, athletes, and artists, yet it’s this event—combining creativity with compassion—that feels most meaningful.
Together, they have created an event that we hope will not only dazzle, but inspire.
What to Expect: A Creative Showcase Like No Other
As you step into Exhibit 1.0, prepare to be immersed.
The venue will feel part fine art museum, part high-energy fashion show. Artists from across the region—and beyond—will display their works in a curated exhibition designed to evoke emotion and thought.
Models, styled in extraordinary bespoke pieces, will bring these works to life on the runway. Imagine wearable art that challenges conventions, tells stories, and invites the audience to experience creativity on a whole new level.
Adding to the dynamic atmosphere, live art performances will take place throughout the day, allowing attendees to witness masterpieces in the making.
The event will culminate in a live auction, where select artworks and designs will be available for bidding. Every winning bid will help fund critical support for Phoenix’s homeless community through our nonprofit partner, Champions for the Homeless, part of the Nick Lowery Foundation.
Art with Purpose: Supporting Champions for the Homeless
The cause behind Exhibit 1.0 is deeply personal to us all.
In the wake of the pandemic, Phoenix has seen an unprecedented rise in homelessness. It is impossible to celebrate creativity without acknowledging the stark realities facing many in our community.
That’s why 100% of the event’s proceeds will benefit Champions for the Homeless—a remarkable initiative that not only offers meals and shelter but restores dignity and hope to those living on the margins.
Nick Lowery, the founder and Hall of Fame NFL player, has long been a tireless advocate for this cause. To join forces with his organisation is a true honour, and a potent reminder that creativity at its best doesn’t just decorate life—it transforms it.
